This Deposit Policy governs all deposits collected by Scorzi's Auto Detailing in connection with any service booking, reservation, or scheduled appointment. By submitting a deposit in any form — in person, over the phone, online, or through any third-party platform — the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below.
All deposits paid to Scorzi's Auto Detailing are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to customer cancellation, customer no-show, rescheduling, change of vehicle, change of service, change of mind, or any other reason not explicitly authorized in writing by Scorzi's Auto Detailing.
Once a deposit has been received by Scorzi's Auto Detailing, the funds are considered fully earned in exchange for the reservation of the customer's appointment slot, the allocation of labor, the allocation of materials, and the administrative scheduling required to fulfill the booking.
Deposits collected by Scorzi's Auto Detailing serve multiple operational purposes, including:
The deposit amount is applied as a credit toward the total cost of the booked service on the day the service is performed.
Customers who choose to cancel a scheduled appointment with Scorzi's Auto Detailing will forfeit the full deposit amount. No partial refunds, credits, or exceptions will be issued regardless of the timing of the cancellation or the reason provided.
This policy is consistently applied to ensure fairness to all customers and to compensate Scorzi's Auto Detailing for the opportunity cost of reserving time that could have otherwise been booked by other clients.
Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at the sole discretion of Scorzi's Auto Detailing and are subject to availability. Customers wishing to reschedule must notify Scorzi's Auto Detailing as far in advance as possible.
Scorzi's Auto Detailing reserves the right to decline any rescheduling request. In such cases, the original deposit remains non-refundable. Repeated rescheduling by the same customer may result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the booking.
Customers who fail to appear at their scheduled appointment, or who arrive outside of the reasonable grace period established at booking, will be considered a no-show. In all no-show cases, the deposit is forfeited in full and the appointment is terminated without obligation of service by Scorzi's Auto Detailing.
By submitting a deposit, the customer expressly waives the right to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of the deposit payment through any bank, card issuer, or payment processor on the grounds of non-refundability. Any chargeback filed in violation of this policy will be contested by Scorzi's Auto Detailing with reference to this policy as the agreed-upon terms of the transaction.

This Deposit Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hampden County, Massachusetts.
Scorzi's Auto Detailing reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Deposit Policy at any time, without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time the deposit is submitted shall govern the transaction.
This Deposit Policy applies to all services booked with Scorzi's Auto Detailing.
